Neutralization aka Hand Over Mouth

Here is the last update from "The Inner Temple" that I will share. Short, but sweet and to the point.

Telling ourselves that we must take responsibility for our actions is one thing, but doing so on a daily basis is quite another, particularly if we were not raised in an environment that encouraged such behavior. We all carry around little programs that influence us, the instructions based on our learned behaviors. One way of combating these programs is through use of our affirmations. Another way is to actively depregram and reprogram ourselves through neutralization.

We can never take back anything we say. The only was we can stop the damage of our words, metaphysically anyways, is to neutralize all harmful words, intentions and energy. Neutralization is a mental process whereby we consciously send a thought out to ground and cleanse our previous actions. It is as easy as saying "I neutralize that" or image and X over any image you hold in your mind. The next time you say something you regret, right way, either out loud or to yourself, say "I neutralize that." If you image something unwanted, visualize a white X over the image or a stamps that says "cancel". If you do this every time, you will reporgram yourself to let go of and heal those negative patterns.

Wiccan Rede as explained by Christopher Penczak

Witchcraft is based on the concepts of balance, harmony and cyclical change. There is no moral code of "thou shall" and "thou shall not". There is only one simple code of behavior call the Wiccan Rede. The Rede comes in many forms and names throughout magical traditions. Some take it to mean that you can do anything you like, with no consequences, because it's now "part of your religion". This is not what the Wiccan Rede says. You can do whatever you want, but you must accept the consequences of your actions. The best guide you can use is to harm none. If you harm none, no harm will be returned to you.

I promised updates from the book, "The Inner Temple of Witchcraft". This one was next on the list. This is witchcraft's version of the 10 Commandments. It kinda follows karma. Most witches believe in the 3fold law--what you do comes back to you 3 times over. And this goes for the good and the bad. Send out negative energies, you'll get them back, but 3 times. Send out good energies, and you'll get them back 3 times too.

Earth Walking

Ok so I promised some updates from Christopher Penczak's "The Inner Temple". I had to order "The Outer Temple" so I could continue with a good flow on the series. Anyways, first thing I wanted to share: Earth Walking.

Some people might also consider this grounding. But you start in a natural setting. On grass, a beach, etc. Not on a sidewalk or parking lot!!! It's best to do it without shoes, but if you have to, then go ahead and wear them.

Walk slowly and be aware of the Earth below your feet. As you breathe, image you are pulling in the Earth's energy through your feet. Imagine you are drawing in live force, Earth energy, as you walk. It helps your metabolism and energy. Do this for as long as you feel you need to. When you are done, just walk and breathe normally. Any excess energy will be released through your regular, daily activities. But if you feel over energized, then do this. Get on your hands and knees, placing your palms on the ground. Imagine the excess energy flowing back into the Earth through your palms. As you do this, put intent on the excess energy to help heal the Earth. Be careful not to send too much back though!! If you can't get down on your hands and knees, just stand there and imagine the same thing, but going through your feet instead. When you are comfortable with the Earth energy, you can try breathing through the crown of your head for sky energy.

You can do this simple exercise any time you are feeling low of energy. Just step outside on the Earth for a few minutes, close your eyes and image the energies coming through your feet!

I saw this movie this past weekend. I remember when it was being released wanting to see it because of HIM. Then I got over HIM. Yes I mean Robert Pattinson! ~lol~

But really...even if you don't like him, but you kinda sorta maybe like romantic chick flicks, see this. It is a that....romantic, drama, chick flick. It has 2 past vampires in it! Pattinson...if you don't know him, then what rock have you been living under? And Lena Olin, who plays his mom in the movie. She played Maharet in Queen of the Damned. Anyways, the movie is kind of slow...I won't lie. And his friend...Aidan..I could swear he was related to Hal Sparks. Turns out, he's not but damn he must have studied him hard for this role!! I can't tell you much about the movie without giving it away. But there is a plot twist at the end that made me say "Are you fucking kidding me?" My husband said it was M. Night Shyamalanish. Watch it!

Please, if you've seen the movie, do not give away anything in your comments!! Not everyone reading this has seen it!!
