Honey Jar working!

I started this jar this past Thursday. It is for my husband and I. I added sugar to the bottom of the jar. Then had him help me add various herbs for love and protection. There's also 2 cowrie shells in there to represent each of us. I also had him write our names on a paper and fold it towards him then place it in the jar. Before I added the honey, we both put some of our hair in it!

I've kept candles lit on it everyday except yesterday. The jar didn't call out to me to light one. But this morning it did. And lucky me, all the candles I've been using have evaporated, so no candle wax down the jar :( What you see is where I melted the candle down a little so it would have something to stick to.

I'm already seeing work with this jar. We've both been sweeter to each other the past few days. I will continue to light candles as long as the jar calls out for them.

Making my own coffin nails!

nstead of buying coffin nails for future work, I've decided to make my own. I downloaded a coffin from http://ravensblight.com/papertoys.html
I covered the print out with packing tape so it is protected a little. Then I put it together. I filled it with some graveyard dirt I've collected in the past plus 9 nails. Later today, I will be going to the cemetery. I will bury it and leave it there for either 3, 7, or 9 days, which ever the spirits tell me to.

unfixed VooDoo dolls.

would anyone be interested in buying/trading for unfixed VooDoo dolls? I have some Spanish Moss I collected from a local cemetery (where Hank Williams Sr is buried Oakwood Annex Cemetery Montgomery) and plethora of fallen branches in my front and back yard. If interested, please message me or comment on my page.

This is a shrine that I made for my grandmother. I originally bought the shrine unfinished off of Etsy for a swap I was going to do on Swap-Bot. But I dropped that swap. So I decided to do this with it instead.

Shedding in Room #4

It hasn't quite begun yet. But I wanted to start this to be able to show what I'm up against here!!! The 3rd room I'm working on is my sewing/crafting room. I have a HUGE old dining room table that I use. And as you can see, it collects a lot of stuff. The dishes you see are from the kitchen shedding we did Christmas night. My sister wants some of them and the rest are going to Goodwill. I will be packing them up in my car later today hopefully.

Speaking of Goodwill...I went with my 8 bags of donations today and dropped them off. Then I decided to head to another thrift store in town. I was hoping to be able to find a smaller table to replace the huge table I'm using now. I didn't think I would find one, but WOW..I did!! I know I know, I'm shedding and should be getting rid of stuff, not adding to it!!! But this smaller table will serve several purposes. #1 More room in my sewing room!! #2 smaller table = less area to hold excess junk! and #3 I can now get rid of the larger table and the 6 extra chairs with it that I don't need or use!! The table did come with a small stool that I will be recovering. I went to Wal-Mart last night looking for a similar stool for my 3 yr old. I'm trying to potty train him and need something for him to stand on!!

I am posting pictures below of the room in it's current state. Later today, I will start working to get things cleared out. Once I get it all done, I will post new pictures!!!
